I can’t see the item I want on your website?
We will always help when we can – please give us a call or email to let us know your requirements and we will do our best to help!
 
How can I pay?
You can pay with your credit/debit card using our secure Sagepay site. Please refer to our "Payment, Delivery & Returns” section for more details.
 
Do you offer a discount?
We have priced all our items at competitive rates so we do not offer further discounts. However, if you would like to order a large quantity of an item please contact us and we can discuss that with you.
 
I have placed an order but some of things are out of stock?
If this is the case we will contact you to le you know the expected delivery date, before we ship your order. You will have the option to either, wait and have the order sent out together or the out of stock items sent on at a later date.
 
My parcel is delayed. What should I do?
Please see our section on delivery problems in the “Payment, Delivery & Returns” section.
 
Will you share my details with third parties?
No - we respect your privacy! Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned! Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or e-mail.
 
Do you provide samples of your products?
We do not offer samples.
 
Do any of your edible cake decorations contain colours/additives?
Some do, but all of our edible cake decorations comply with EU food regulations. Our cake decorations, sprinkles etc contain only EU approved colours / additives.
 
Do you supply to the trade?
We will be launching a trade only section of the website where you can buy our products in bulk. If you are interested in becoming a trade member, please express your interest by filling out our contact form
