We sell a range of cake decorating modelling pastes such as Florist, Mexican and Pastillage pastes. The pastes are either ready made and come in a variety of colours and sizes or they come as a dry powder which you add water to and colour using pastes. The modelling pastes dry very strong so are are generally used for making sugar flowers, leaves, figures and decorations such as craddles or bridges as it keeps its shape once dry.
