Sugarpaste Icing

 

Sugarpaste, or rolled fondant as it is also known, is generally used to cover cakes. You simply purchase the required amount, roll it out and lay over the cake. Using ready roll gives you a very smooth and straight finish to your cake. As well as plain white icing which you can colour yourself we also stock a wide range of pre-coloured icing which saves you time and ensures you have a uniform colour throughout your cake design. It can also be used for modelling cake toppers and decorations such as figures, shapes and animals.
